Sue Marsh, Paralegal & Assistant to Anne Morgan

You may hear from Sue Marsh when you’re scheduling an appointment with The Morgan Law Firm, filing your Social Security Disability appeal, talking to us about gathering your medical records or scheduling a hearing with a Social Security administrative law judge.

Sue takes care of filing documents for you, writing letters to your doctors and anything else you need to make sure your appeal for benefits is on track. She also oversees the operation of our office, so we stay ready to help you.

Above all else, she values helping people achieve better lives after health problems and job losses.

Sue has a lot of problem-solving experience, having spent 20 years working in customer service for a major airline, helping travelers resolve issues.

She’s lived in cities all over the United States—and she’s lived overseas—but Sue says no place beats the Midwest for the friendliness and hospitality of the people. And she loves the team she works with at The Morgan Law Firm.

Sue’s Background:

Kathy Wabinga, Medical Records Custodian

When you call The Morgan Law Firm, you might get Kathy Wabinga on the phone.

She helps sign up clients with our firm. She also electronically files the medical records you need for a successful Social Security Disability benefits appeal. While you’re working with us, you might get a call from Kathy about your medical records.

Kathy considers her job to be crucial, because those medical records are the most important part of winning your disability claim.

She wants every client she works with to know that our team cares about you and is dedicated to helping you gain peace and stability after serious health problems disrupted your life.

She has extensive experience in medical data entry for the government in British Columbia, Canada. She also worked in government agencies in Hawaii and was a massage therapist for 12 years.

Tressa Bailey, Legal Secretary/
Receptionist

When you call The Morgan Law Firm, the first voice you’ll likely hear is Tressa Bailey.

She may take your call—and also greet you in person when you come to our disability law firm.

As we work on your Social Security Disability claim, you’ll hear from Tressa delivering messages from your disability lawyer, scheduling appointments or more.

And she works behind the scenes, managing records.

Tressa values being of service to others, especially people seeking disability benefits and struggling to find help.

Maxwell “Max,” Office Comfort Dog

When you come to The Morgan Law Firm for help with your Social Security Disability appeal, you may be greeted in the waiting room by Max, a 22-pound mix between a cocker spaniel and a poodle—also known as a cockapoo.

His owner, Attorney Anne Morgan, says he “looks like Chewbacca.”

When Max hears the door chime, he runs out to say hello. He’ll also escort you back to Anne’s office for your meeting.

Max understands that when you’re coming to the law firm, it means you’re under stress. Your health prevents you from working, and you need financial help to restore your sense of independence and dignity.

You’d probably rather be somewhere other than a law office. But if it helps you feel better, Max will let you pet him during your consultation with Anne. He loves his job of easing your anxiety.

Anne wants you to know that she personally cares about your situation and your claim. She wants you to be as comfortable as possible. She wants to get to know you. Max helps her do that.
